Voted Best Massage Therapist in Palm Beach County!

Welcome to my clinic

I’ve got your body pain covered!

Medical massage modalities specialized to your needs!

Jenny is specialized in several medical techniques that she uses to help realign the body through soft tissue manipulations. She uses myofacial release to open the fascia ( a band or sheet of connective tissue, primarily collagen, beneath the skin that attaches to, stabilizes, encloses, and separates muscles and other internal organs). After releasing the facia she she uses trigger points to break a part painful knots and scar tissue in the muscle and fascia, slowly manipulating the muscles to move back to their neutral position. This takes pressure off of muscles that are being extended past their normal range, easing pains off their attachment points.

About Your Therapist

Jenny is originally from a small town outside Grand Rapids, Michigan. She moved away shortly after college and eventually ended up in South Florida. Jenny has always loved to help people and worked in nursing before becoming a therapist. She worked running the clinical side of medical offices for several years before she realized how talented she was at massage therapy while working in a Holistic Doctor office in Florida. Jenny decided to further her education to become a licensed therapist in 2004. After graduating LMT school she worked for a 5 star hotel, in a physical therapy office, and now for herself since 2012. Through continuing education she has learned several different modalities specializing in medical techniques.

 Soft Tissue Postural Realignment

The complications of poor posture include back pain, spinal dysfunction, joint degeneration, rounded shoulders and a potbelly.

When the shoulders and pelvis pull forward, muscles are extended and tighten causing discomfort. Jenny helps patients by realigning their posture through slowly releasing the facia and trigger points that are pulling their shoulders and hips inwards. This opens up the body, helping restore patients to a more natural position and taking pressure off the neck, shoulders, and lower back.

Pain management through Trigger Point Therapy

A myofascial trigger point is defined as a hypersensitive spot in the skeletal muscle, within a taut band. Myofascial trigger points can be found anywhere on the body and are one of the most common causes for acute and chronic musculoskeletal pain, also known as myofascial pain.

for a better explanation see link below. To note… Instead of needles Jenny uses her fingers, which in most cases gives the same results as dry needling. .

Who can Jenny help?

Jenny has helped people with autoimmune issues, like Lyme disease, fibromyalgia and Lupus. She also works with MS and Parkinson's patients. Jenny helps people with back pain, rotator cuff injuries, SI pain, headaches, hip pain, sciatica, knee pain and even foot issues. She also works with athletes to prevent injuries from occurring by improving an athlete's range of motion, soft tissue function, athletic performance and makes them more aware of their muscle tone.

Her patients range in age from children to geriatric. Her pressure and technique is designed specially for each patient. Jenny has the strongest hands or the most gentle hands all in one practitioner.

A note from Jenny….

I hope that you give me a chance and let me do my best to help you feel 100%! I love to help people, I always have, it’s just what I do. I love helping people in many ways but It brings me so much joy when I can use the ability that I was blessed with to heal people. I believe I’ve been blessed with a healing ability that can sometimes do the impossible. For instance, my Aunt who has fibromyalgia was in a wheel chair till I took time off to give her personalized treatments back in Michigan. She began walking again after a week of me working with her daily and she felt so much better. I’ve also had many patients who have walked out of my office feeling like a whole new person. I love the feeling this gives me.

Let me help you! I believe I can, and if you believe I can we are half way there. Scientific research suggests that our mind can play an important role in healing our body. So think positive!

*Also, remember to drink lots of water! The more dehydrated you are the tighter your muscles will be! And ALWAYS drink lots of water after a massage to flush out the toxins! If you don’t the toxins can make you feel sick or more sore the next day.*

See you soon!
